Hi All,

I have a Draytek IPPBX 2820 with 12 IP phones and 10 analogue phones on ATA's.
A single sip line with one number is set-up.

I would like to know if it is possible to configure the PBX to queue incoming calls and maybe give the callers a position in the queue.
I understand this might require a third party implementation.
