softphone setup was created by techken
I have downloaded the draytel softfone v 1.6.1 When I run the app I get the caution window saying "no sound card found." I have tried running the app in admin authority on Windows 7 pro.
The sound card is ingrated on the pc motherboard and is a realtek HD chip.
When I click clost on the cuation the app shuts down, so I do not get the chance to tell the app where to find the sound drivers.

I had exactly the same experience, but was only playing around. I suspected that it might have something to do with the lack of a mic so I attached a Plantronics USB headset. When the headset auto-install and all updates, if any, had finally completed the problem went away. I've not actually used the product yet, so I can't say that it's actually working. I hope this helps.
