So the VigorBX 2000ac is here.

We've been using one for around a month now and so far so good. It's essentially a 2860 with PBX. The PBX setup screens seem pretty much identical to the old 2820 with the latest firmware.

Last time I looked it had been up for 16 days without a reboot which is an improvement on our old 2820. Having the throughout to use all our 80mb speed is also welcome as the 2820 ran out of puff at 40-50mb. Only a minor thing but was also good to get rid of the OpenReach fibre modem.

Hi accsys,

Any improvement over the IPPBX functionality, or is it essentially the same?

Simon.

Ive just bought one, and after 2 days, still cannot get any audio from a Sipgate trunk.
Trunks and extensions register fine, calls connect fine, just no audio to/from extensions, voicemail or autoattendant
Anyone else had similar issues?

Likely a codec setting; contact support and they can test it hopefully.

Still trying with support unfortunately. Nothing working as yet. I have provided a log as requested but no answers.
Any assistance to move this along would be appreciated. We are still without phones. It's not a good sign for the BX2000.
I dont know anyone who has had it completely working yet! Not what i expected from Draytek. A bit dissapointed.
