Just recently set-up a 2830Vn-plus in conjunction with the Draytel service. I was quite surprised because it exhibited the same behaviour as the older 2800VG in that halfway through a call I would lose the audio of the other party. They would tell me that all of a sudden all they could hear was white noise. However, with the 2830Vn-plus the situation is worse because when this happens the router actually resets!!!

Support rung me back and have suggested changing the handset connected to the analogue port [a Binatone Spirit 410]

Do you think an issue with the handset could be causing the drop outs/ resets?

I have since tried with another handset and as yet have not had a drop-out nor a reset.
