Hi we have a VigorBX 2000ac running firmware 3.8.1.8.

WE have a configuration we would like to utilize.

If the called extension line is busy or offline, we want to forward the call to a uk Landline number via a sip trunk.

This works if the call to the extension comes from an external number but when the extension is call from another extension via the LAN the call logs register that a call has been forwarded but nothing happens and the call does not go out via the designated sip trunk.

Has anyone else experienced this and is it likely to be a configuration issue or a firmware/product limitation?

That is interesting idea forwarding it to mobile, is that a easy setup ?

I have 2 x BX200ac at 2 locations, I use SIP app (Zoiper) on the iPhone's ( 2 phones ) as additional ext on both BX2000ac , doing your idea maybe more reliable but costly for PAYG top up on SIP

How do you have your Digimap set?
Try using "Default Trunk" on the drop down, If I recall you may need this to be at the top of table.

The BX2000 seems to router differently sometime when forwarded.
