Hi

Go easy on me, I'm new at this!

We have a VigorBX 2000 and I am trying to connect a Gamma SIP trunk to it. I have followed the info in the link below using Method 1

https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-bx2000-gamma

Gamma have sent me the following information;

Signalling UDP port 5070 egress/ingress - 88.215.215.XA
Media UDP ports 6000 - 40000 egress/ingress - 88.215.58.XB

and the DDI associated with that service

I've use IP address ending in .XA for the "Domain/Realm" and "Proxy" and the DDI they gave me for the "Account Number/Name"

but it shows up as not connected, any help would be appreciated.

thanks
