Hello
Its now July, is Draytek going to update the 2820 for USB drive access?
The product site says windows share is available now!

I'd be very interested in this feature if it makes it into a final release!
Anyone know if it's in any beta firmware yet?

I just stumbled across this and wanted to see if it worked.
I've just got a 2820n working with USB flash drive support on Firmware v3.3.2_RC5. The device has to be formatted FAT32 though, if you use an NTFS formatted device it just keeps resetting the router.
With Samba support enabled you can browse to the device using UNC to the router IP address, copied some files back and forth and it seems pretty nippy. Would be a good for a cost effective backup solution for a small business or home user....

Would be useful - but the NTFS limitation is a problem and the rebooting issue is simply unacceptable.

What is the benefit to have NTFS on a USB stick?

You can have file sizes over the FAT32 limit.
