does any one known how to login into the unit if the user/password are lost without resetting the unit....... because i need to keep the current setting in the unit.
the unit was install by a company which is no longer around. i just need to change only the service provider information.
can anyone help......

I think if there was a way to bypass the password then the information would be easily available via google. I think you are going to have to write down everything that you know, go for the reset and then reconfigure the router. Remember to backup the configuration once you are happy with it.

Here's my problem, I know the password, dont know the username any way of just finding that out ?

The username is 'admin' on the Drayteks. You can't change this.
