techquery support page will not accept serial number

I have tried to log a ticket via the http://www.draytek.co.uk/support/techquery.html website for my vigor 120 but the page does not accept my serial number.

Is their another alternative way to log an issue (i would rather not pay for the premium rate phone number !)

Ive tried support@draytek.co.uk but that email bounces.
