Hi....
Just upgrading from a 2600G to a 2820Vn and can't seem to connect to my ISP
does anybody know of any known problems with the 2820Vn and this provider.
I have updated to the latest firmware and all the settings are the same as the 2600G however I just get the message "username or password error"
Maybe I have a faulty unit........

As I suspected.........finger trouble!!!

I'm unable to help with the issue, but can confirm that I'm experiencing the same difficulties with establishing the connection to Nildram using a new 2820n.

I have both 2800 and 2820 connected to Nildram without any issues. An initial problem was lack of Microfilter on the intruder alarm... but otherwise hunkidory

I had a 2820 connected to Nildarm and all was OK until I upgraded to their 24Mbps package (was on 8Mpbs before).

Turned out that some Nildram equipment doesn't work with the 2820 unless you manually change the Modulation from "Multimode" to "ADSL2+ annex M" after which all was fine.

+1 to Nildram's support who spotted this in about 5 mins flat - soon as I said Vigor 2820.
