SYSLOG 4.1 crashes... was created by dougwzz99
I can't get the SYSLOG 4.1 to run on my Windows XP system. It starts OK, but within 2 or 3 seconds I get a message box popup:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime error!
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's suppot team for more information.
Anyone else seen this? Any suggestions for fixing it?
TIA.
Doug.

had same problem myself
1. uninstall router tools
2. manually delete any files left over
3. open regedit and delete these 2 keys
hklm/software/router tools
hkcu/software/draytek
4. reinstall router tools
its basically due to a bad installer/uninstaller, as when you uninstall router tools, it doesnt delete the place where it stores its settings (in your registry)
