Switch SIP off? was created by meilec
Hello, I have 2930vn which has 2 VoIP ports on it. I don't need them as I'm running Trixbox (Asterisk), but I have a feeling that build-in VoIP functionality of the router is causing me some problems. While ports are not enabled, it still appears that the traffic on port 5060 is not getting thru the router. Is there a command (via telnet) to turn VoIP on the router off alltogether?? Many thanks, Maurice

Maybe try changing the router's SIP port to something other than 5060..otherwise, yes, I would expect the router to intercept SIP traffic (quite reasonably).
