Hi, I have issues with my internet and the ISP need to setup a ping with my router. I need to enable it, I believe this is done by the CLI?? Any ideas??

Firstly, you do not specify the model of your router.
But you should be able to change this via the web interface. Exactly where it is may depemd on the model, but have a look under System Maintenance->Management. You need to make sure the 'Disable Ping from the Internet' is unchecked.
