every12 hours modem resync and connect with in no second
like know i have system uptime 38.33.07 and adsl wan1 uptime is 2.33.07
his means it resynced 3 times in 36 hours.
Please advice some thing to get rid of this error. i am using latest version of 3.3.2 rc9. same problem on older versions.

Do you have another router you can use to see if it's your phone line?

I had the same issue and it was down to a poor quality line which I got the linesman to switch to another one at the junction box outside our house.
