I ask those sorts of questions to encourage more information; the forum is read by DrayTek staff, or forwarded to them so that user ideas/requests can be considered. So, I can't make it happen or report on outcomes, but I can encourage people to elaborate.

I'm in the same position. I'm reading through http://www.draytek.com/user/SupportAppnotesDetail.php?ID=14 and thinking YES, csm profiles is exactly what I want.

(I want to block some computers from IM, web messengers etc)

But no, 2950 doesn't have it.

So the 2950 can't do 'nat ip pools' and can't do separate 'csm profiles'. And this is meant to be their corporate range?

The latest firmware (from the .com site) can do seperate CSM profiles for IM's

What it cant do is seperate CSM profiles containing web filter's like the cheaper 2820 can do.
