For some reason I don't seem to be able to switch of the QoS setting on my Vigor 2820.
In the Multi-PVCs set up screen I have removed the ticks from the 'Enable' check boxes on the WAN 1 and WAN 2 boxes and clicked on OK. The QoS light on the router remains lit. If I reboot the router using the current settings the Enabled options are selected again.

Am I trying to switch QoS off in the correct place? Any ideas why it won't switch off?

You can disabled QoS via the Quality of Service menu in the Bandwidth Management section.
