Getting a Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Library error:

Program: C:\Program Files\Draytek Router Tools v4.2.0\SyslogRd.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Can anyone help as it was working fine for several days, I had been monitoring network traffic through the router as we have been plagued with spam emails and i need to monitor SMTP traffic.
