2950 causes email failure was created by zootallure
This is very strange but as it has now happened twice I thought I'd post to see if anyone else had seen it. A couple of months ago it seemed as our email server (located at the ISP) had failed. After TShooting it looked as if the prob was at the router. Finally as unlikely as it seemed, as no changes had been made, I rebooted the router and voila the email runneth. This morning I came in and small emails would work but nothing with attachments could be sent. Outlook gave an "interrupted email" error and timed out. Because of the previous incident which I was content to write off as a one time funny I rebooted the router and like magic once again the email moved.

Has anyone else seen this bizarre behavior?

Thanks

I had a similar problem with my 2800VG, reducing the MTU value solved it:
