Vigor 2820 Content Filter and NAS was created by vmgscot
Just upgraded one of our (8) Vigor 2820 units to firmware 3.3.2.1 as was interested in using the USB NAS facility for our remote sites.

However, the firmware seesm to have switched off the web content filtering we use to block access to some content. I can see a revised settings page for this but unsure how to re-enable (there is a Default Block profile still in the settings). There are empy fields for Test and Query servers but no servers appear when searching for <Find More>.

Also, should I see the NAS facility in the formware now or do I need to download some other rev of the firmware?

Any help appreciated.

Solved both issues....

The firmware update had reset the default profiles that were set in the Firewall > General Setup page back to 'None' instead of the profiles I had previously set for the IM/P2P, URL and Content fields.

Popped the correct profiles back in and all blocked correctly now.

As for the USB Disk facility.....cleared my IE cache and now getting the options appearing ....doh.
