Fixing outbound IP addresses on the 2820 was created by blowdart
So somewhere between switching from the 2800 to the 2820 I've lost the ability to fix outbound IP addresses
I have multiple IPs, lets say
100.0.0.1 - router
100.0.0.2 - web1
100.0.0.3 - email1
100.0.0.4 - web2
100.0.0.10 - laptop (DHCP)
These are bound to
192.168.1.1 - router
192.168.1.2 - web1
192.168.1.3 - email1
192.168.1.4 - web2
Port forwarding is being used to allow inbound connections on the various ports needed. However all the outbound connections are being routed through the router IP address, so a request sent to 100.0.0.2 will come back through 100.0.0.1 - this is not ideal, I want responses from web1, web2 and email1 to go back out through their external IPs.
Now I can't setup DMZ hosts and use firewall rules to limit ports because for some unknown reason port 80 does not get through when I link the external IPs to the internal IPs as DMZ hosts.
So any ideas?
(And it's nice to see the WPA2 code is still buggy as hell in the newer routers *sigh*)

I can't help with your multi-NAT but I bought a 2820 having given up trying to get a 2800G and then a 2900G to connect to WiFi certified devices. The 2820 is the first Draytek range that I've seen with WiFi certification and I've had no problems getting PDAs and Wii to connect - all using WPA2.
You don't by chance have the strange dual WPA/WPA2 mode enabled do you? Switch to WPA2 exclusive if you have. I've seen this mode on Thomson kit as well, and everything failed to connect there too.

Nope, WPA2 exclusive. I had this with the last router and another intel card. The first time the key needs redone the network connection hangs.
