Vigor 120 connection problem

Hello

I can't get the Vigor 120 to connect to a BT internet line for more than a few minutes before the ASDL link goes down and it has to retrain.

I have tried the available firmware updates on the modem, it is currently on :

Firmware - dslapi_test
ADSL firmware - 332201_A Annex A

None of the firmware updates improved the problem at all.

I have 2 new vigor 120's and they are both giving the same problem. When I connect up the BT router to the line its completely stable for days on end.

I sent a support request to Draytek on the 9th of October but have had no reply from them at all.

Any help solving this problem would be appreciated

Did you submit via the draytek.co.uk website? I'd recommend e-mailing info@draytek.co.uk if you don't get a reply to the support request.
