2930 setup problem was created by jon3905
Hi,
This is my first post, so hopefully it's in the right place, apologies if not.
I have just bought my first draytek product, so i'm completely new to all this. My ISP is bethere and i'm using the Bebox in bridge mode (i know it's a c**p box but i thought it would do for now!) Anyway, i've successfully configured the Bebox in bridge mode and it syncs with the ISP, i'm using this now with my PC plugged in to the Bebox direcly, so I know it's working. I've configured the 2930 but it won't connect to the ISP, the error message i'm getting is: Message [PPPoE: No response from server side]
Do I need to change the MAC address of the router to that of the Bebox, I think I read somewhere that BE use MAC authentication?
Or will the 2930 only work with the 120 modem?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Jon

I believe Be doesn't support PPPoE as there's no need to log on.
I have the same setup as up and I have my WAN port set to DHCP
