OK - i have had the IP camera's working - we updated the firmware and somehow the below problem happened - I have since reverted to the last firmware and I am still having the same problem

I have used the open port feature - I can go to the camera from local and Wan - I can hear audio from the camera but I get no video

I have successfully opened ports for PCanywhere as well and that works fine

somebody please help

hard to comment without knowing the camera type, but I use Vivoteks and to access them via the internet both the internet www port (80 etc) and the real time streaming protocol port (554 default) need to be forwarded.

if you run multiple cameras, set different www and rtsp ports for unique access

Hi Thanks

currrently trying to sort this out with draytek support - feel there is an issue with the router as I have previously had this working fine
