2710N setup guide was created by chrisuk
Does one exist? I have searched the forum and can not find a general guide. e.g.
Dynamic DNS setup, should it be enabled?
Dos defence is not enabled by default, I would have thought it should be.
And many more.
I have got it set up talking OK to a desk top and laptop WLAN and a media streamer on copper. I can ping every node but the file sharing does not work between PCs (XP) but the same files share OK to the media streamer.
I realise I asking multipule questions, so is there a better guide than the Draytek booklet?

There's the manual available from the downloads section on this site.

Thanks, but, I have downloaded the manual from the Draytek site and it is the same guide that came in the box, for example it shows screen shots but give almost no guidence. I can not see a download section on this forum?

Try downloading the version 2 manual fromhttp://www.draytek.com/user/SupportDownloads.php
(in the 2710 section) A lot of the Draytek sites still list the old version 1 manual.

That is the quick start guide, not the proper manual. The latest UK manual is available on this site under downloads:
