IP Routing - how disable NAT was created by jmsdunn85
Hello,

We have a setup as follows:

a.b.c.254
Draytek 2820
|x.y.z.1
|
|x.y.z.2
Cisco ASA 5510
|private
|
|private
Layer 3 switch

I simply want the Draytek to pass all traffic to the ASA for natting and routing. I do not want the Draytek to do anything intelligent.

I am sick and tired of how useless these routers are for anything other than home use. Can anybody tell me how on earth you assign a public address to the inside (LAN) interface of the draytek and get it to work?

I have a public /29 block that i want to use between the ASA and the draytek. I have enabled IP routing and have specified the publc network address for routing but I am unable to ping the ASA from internet. The ASA can ping the draytek.

Anybody can help?
