Hi all
I have installed a couple of routers before, have just swapped my talk talk router for a Vigor2710
I only intend using it as a wireless router.
Have plugged it in and accessed the amin page, have changed the passowrd and user name to my talk talk one
I cannot conenct
Have all the lights on etc, if I swap the leads onto talk talk one all is well.
Must besomething I have missed off
Can anyone please explain what steps I need to change for talk talk
Many Thanks

You know what? The first time I set my 2710Vn ... I couldn't get it to connect to any SIP account (Draytel or Sipgate) for love nor money.
Firstly I had to reboot the router once the settings were in place before the 2710Vn would register. After this point, My calls would only work in one direction (i.e. I could dial out and the other end would hear me but I could hear nothing ... .no dial tone or person at the other end).
Secondly .. and surprisingly .. I corrected the problem by registering against the NAT address rather than the standard. Hey presto ..
Here's my config example:
