May be a simple problem to solve for many - (Hopefully)
Vigor 2820Vn router - Had problem with router unable to gain access to internet. - Could see/access router but not internet - DSL light flashing rapidly. Checked cabling and rechecked using new cables. (Had just moved router/cabling - Had unpluged power cables)
Do ping test - OK. - Checked internet connection using old AOL router (OK)

ON vigor 2820 router
Tried accessing router set up using Tosiba laptop directly cabled to LAN port 1 - Using old/existing password - Unable to gaing access - Possibly wrong username/password?

Tried factory reset using button on front - Appeared to go as instructions suggest. - - DSL light not on constantly
Try to access router using default password (User name - null Password - null) - No access (just reshows input window) - After 3 attempts - says 401 Unathorised.
Turned off security software (kaspersky) - No change.

Tried to access using dell desk top computer - No joy but have had problems with this computer previously.
