Have never found a function to do so. Such as using in a public area to authenticate or display notice?

I'm not aware of Draytek routers supporting captive portals. I do know that pfSense (free) does. A pretty stunning bit of software if you have the time and patience to build and configure your own router.

Its more of a web cafe type of setting isn't it? Or a disclaimer idea?
