Hi,

We have a 2820Vn and it has been great for a long time, however we've expanded thing greatly and we now have Asterisk box to help with the extra features we need. We currently have most thing set up and configured, however we are having a few problems and we think the 2820 is causing them. Basically we are using IAX which is passing through the 2820 fine but we are having issues with our external SIP phones as it looks as though the 2820 is intecepting the packets and trying to do something with them rather than forwarding them to the asterisk box. Is there a way to shut off the 2820Vn's VoIP service so we can test this, or would we have to go out an buy a normal 2820?
