Currently showing Firmware Version : 2.7.1.1_SEG
I want to upgrade it to the latest. I have the V100 accessible from my PC on a local IP – it shows the status page etc.

I tried to upgrade it (2.7.3) using the Firmware upgrade utility 3.5.5

Filled in the IP and the path to the .all file. Password is blank and I have left the port at 69.

Click on Send . . . “sending" appears for a few seconds. The window does a little dance down and to the right and shows “not resp” in the window title then dances back again and displays “Request time out”.

What do I do?

The reason for wanting to upgrade is that the V100 frequently does not seem to recover from a drop on the line (Demon ADSL2+). I have to power cycle it.
