I am using an Airport Extreme with a Draytek Vigor 120 modem. Since I bought the modem 6 weeks ago whenever I try and make a video connection with friends it tries to connect and then I get this error 'There Was A Communication Error During Your Chat' No data has been received for the last 10 seconds.
My wifes MacBook is the same. I phoned Applecare they said it was my isp that needed to allow these connections. I phoned them (BT) they said there was no restriction but that I needed to open the ports on the modem. My Vigor 120 doesn't have port forwarding as it just sends the connection straight to the Airport Extreme.

If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it I have spent 4 hours today trying to sort this out. I connected with ethernet my mac to the draytek direct and even though the internet was fine I still had the same error message in ichat.
