That looks relatively normal, if you're with BT then do the BT speedtest and you can check what your IP Profile speed is which caps the speed as well as the sync speed of the router.
Lots of disconnections i.e. when setting up a router, can cause the profile speed to go down so it might take a few days for that to go back up to its full speed.
