Orange Business Everyhere WAN2 Settings was created by 99mjross
I have access to a orange 3G SIM currently housed in an old style "data card" slot for my laptop. I wanted to make use of this SIM in the Vigor 2820n router so purchsed an unlocked zoom USB modem. This is working standalone in my laptop. I now have no idea how to cofigure the WAN2 settings to get this going. A few hours on the internet has not enlightened me. I wonder if anyone else has had a go at this?

Hi,
Thanks for the information. I have tried to follow the instructions, i.e. typing in the APN name as suggested and leaving all other items unchanged. Still no progress. The router just gets stuck on "dialling" PPP. There is nothing regarding WAN2 in the syslog.
Martin.

I'm on an Orange 30 day rolling contract and APN 'consumerbroadband' works fine with my 2110.

Thanks for pointing me to the modem list. It looks like I am out of luck because I bought a Zoom unlocked USB modem and this brand is not listed on the modem support page. I will now follow instructions to capture data from the modem and maybe Draytek will ad support in futre.
