NAT active sessions was created by napata102
1. looking at the table I see that there is a connection through my Draytek 2600vg router from 219.232.241.91 to my pc. Whois locates this address in China! I have norton firewall etc.
2. I do not understand the table: in particular the ifno, status, pseudo port etc.
3. I tried to ban incoming connections from the above address but no change in the table.

Any suggestions/help?

check the peer : IP port number and see if it is a standard port and what service runs on it with a google search.

Are you sure it's an inbound connection and not malware on your pc connecting out?

What ports are being used by that IP?

If you copy paste the line of text from NAT active sessions, that should indicate whether its coming from your network or going into it.
