We have a customer who uses one of these routers, we want to be able to block 'sex' but not 'essex' is there anyway we can do this?

You can't do it, but blocking 'sex' probably wouldn't be very effective as most sex sites probably don't have 'sex' in their name.

Might be better to use web category filtering (Surfcontrol/Global view subscription)
