Please forgive me if this is the wrong place to ask this question - but as part of the problem includes a new Vigor 2820 it seems as good as any.

Last week our adsl was upgraded to annex m which has pretty much doubled our up / down speeds. This prompted me to also upgrade from a 2800 to a 2820.

Everything fine so far but some Apple kit is having problems connecting into our Exchange 2007 server.

- an ipod touch that previously synced (wifi) mail / calendar / contacts refuses to connect to the server. In fact it will not even browse to https://ourserver/owa (but will browse other sites)
- another user with iphone and a mac (using some Apple activesync mail setup) is having problems. Again he is unable to browse to the server via Safari. ** though he can if he boots into Vista **

My own Nokia e66 is fine, as are other Nokias.

I've tried the MS Exchange connectivity tester and it says Activesync is fine.

From any pc Outlook Web Access is fine.

I've tried swapping the old 2800 back in but this is somewhat academic as I had to upgrade the firmware for annex m. Also tried wan mtu values of 1390 and 1412 which are suggested on this forum.

I'm not sure what to try next? Suggestions welcome!

Thanks for reading this far.

James.
