New to this so please don't think bad.
First time here
My question and have been looking for the answer before asking.

I have a household of students that share the internet on wireless connections.
We only have a limited download spec 75 Gig
One student is using more than his share I can see this from the diags.

Is there a way to create an allotment for each user so when this unthinking person downloads his limit he is restricted to a lower speed as the ISPs do when we reach our limit.

Hope I am asking the right question here or is this an impossible dream
Any help appreciated
