Hi.
I have tried to activate my 12 month GlobalView subscription that I purchased (for 2820 series and above) using the Service Activation Wizard on my Vigor 2820Vn, but I keep getting a message "check the format of the license key is right! - what format do I put the serial in? I have two numbers on the GlobalView license sent - S/N and E/N. I have tried both. Neither work. I have contacted support - no response yet. The trouble is, the webpage of the router gives you no idea how to "format" the number - and which one it is - the license doesn't tell you either. My 1 month GlobalView trial was activated fine via the VigorPro website - but I can't activate my paid-for license.
Can anyone help? TIA. Andrew.

I found the correct key to enter. Apologies for posting in haste.

How did you mange to get the key activated? Mine constantly tells me it cannot access the server.
