Using external IP on 2820N

I have a problem with a 2820N and I hope you can help.
I have a normal network, 192.168.0.X and I have 1 VoIP phone. We have a range of IP addressess assigned to us by our ISP so I have given the VoIP phone an external IP address: 82.68.83.XX
It is working fine - It can connect to SIP registrar etc fine, but I cannot access the phone from my home computer. Do I need to set up any other rules?
Also, port forwarding does not seem to be working. I've set up all the ports in 'NAT > Port Redirection'
