VPN Passthru Vigor 2710n - Cisco Client was created by jayuk
Hi all,
Hoping someone can help??
I have an XP client running Cisco VPN Client 4.6.
This connects to the internet (and ultimately to the remote VPN Cisco Device) through a Vigor 2710n.
The laptop authenticates (and potentially establishes a tunnel) to the remote Cisco VPN Server/Device, but when I try to access anything it just times out. The tunnel is an IPSEC/UDP tunnel.
According to the knowledge base you shouldn;t have to do anything specific?
If I rpelace the Draytek for a bog standard home Netgear ADSL wireless G router, then the client VPN works straight away!
Please help....

RJ,
Spot on!!!
Works a treat.
I tried altering the setting through the GUI, but obviously the "back door" method works differently/better!
Many thanks,
J.
