2820vn 3G USB Stick AND micro SD card was created by slime
Hi,
Is it worth me getting a 4GB Micro SD card for my new Vodafone 3G dongle that I use as WAN 2 backup to WAN 1 if ADSL goes down? i want to be able to put the Syslogs on USB but now have the 3G dongle in the USB port! If I put a SD card in the 3G stick, will the router see it?
Thanks,
Slime.

It doesn't detect both of those devices as far as I know, to record syslog to USB you'd need to use a USB hub to plug the modem and a USB stick / USB memory card adapter in.

Thanks - didn't know you could use a USB hub with the Draytek - typical though as that is one thing I don't own - I know they are not expensive though - so, I'll see if I can get one at the wekkend and give it a go.
Thanks again...
Ideally - I'd rather forward the logs to a syslog server but the only "computer" I have running all the time is my busybox based satellite receiver and can't figure out how to get the syslog service/daemon running to accept remote logs!
