I have 2 networks in one building 192.68.1.x & 10.10.10.x
Currently they are not connected.

Our DSL router is 192.168.1.1 (vigor 2800)

Both networks need to have access to a device on 192.168.1.200.
Normal traffic HTTP, FTP, Telnet, Multicast etc.

Obviously for the 192.168.1.x range this isn't an issue, but how do I get 10.10.10.x to have access without compromising either networks security..

Can our Vigor 2800 be used to route the traffic ??

On 192.168.1.200 I can configure routes !

How does your 10. network get outside currently? Either way you'll need a router between the 192 & 10 networks. When you say "security" what level are we discussing? Windows/AD or something else?

Currently each network has it's own DSL with router.
One of the networks has the Draytek.

I only want to pass traffic from 192.168.1.200 to the 10.10.10.x network..

Is the device you need to access a server?

If so, what about putting another network card in it on the 10.... network?
That would give you access without having to worry about any routing issues, and would keep the networks effectively isolated.

Otherwise, you will need a new router - your 2800 won't do it. You would really need a dual WAN router, then you could connect WAN2 to the other network.

Do you therefore need to add the 10. network as a static route into the "other" router? Pointing it back to the gateway to the 10 network.
