i've tried to setup the smart monitor package with a 2920, It started off working and i could see it reporting data usage etc but now upon login tells me it can't find the router, i've seen on the forums some users of the 2820 unit reporting some issues and have looked at what they tried to resolve it and was wondering if anyone had any experience of using this package with the 2920. I'm using firmware 3.3.3.1 regards

It shows me the IP addresses that are listed in the router but when I try to record it says "Too many users logged". All it shows me is my usage and from my research wireless isn't supported for port sniff so aparently this software is useless to me. Waiting on a response from Draytek.
