Upgrading from 2800 to 2820

Morning all Im new to this so please bare with me
I have backed up the config.cfg file from my old 2800 and thought it would be easy enough to upload into my new 2820 but i'm unable to connect through my browser!
I have reset the new 2820 to default settings but still unable to connect, any suggestions??

Browser problems aside you can't load a 2800 config into a 2820 anyway.
