2820 - multiple DHCP's for vlans was created by pc-kev

I think it would be useful to have multiple DHCP's available for the wireless/lan vlans. So allow the router's DHCP to be used as a public network on a vlan and then allow the internal network to run through another vlan to have a server running the DHCP. So that both will be separate but running through the same box.

My understanding is that the 2830 has this ability....
