2820vn firmware upgrade to Firmware 3.3.4.1 = dead router was created by 414nsw
OK, I've just been doing my usual system upgrades and got around to upgrading the firmware in the 2820vn.
All proceeded hickup free, however on reboot I am now unable to obtain an IP address from the box or ping it in any way.
All green lights are on, except the DSL as its disconnected as I have a backup router in place.
I've tried performing a factory reset three times and still cannot get an IP address or ping the box.
I've isolated and directly connected a laptop and still no luck.
Any ideas on how I get this back on-line ?
Thanks,
Nic

looks like you need to reflash it using the tftp method. Have a search around this forum, you'll find posts with instructions.
