Vigor 2820Vn Firmware 3.3.5 and 3.3.5.1 was created by felicitous
The Draytek Australian site has 3.3.5 (with release notes) and 3.3.5.1(no release notes) firmware available. With my current 3.3.4/3.3.4.1 issues I think I will have a go and see what happens. It cant be any worse than 3.3.4 can it ???
The Draytek HOME (TW) site has release notes for both versions.
3.3.5 build date is 16th Nov 2010
3.3.5.1 build date is 26th Nov 2010
I was wondering why the UK support site does not have it as available as it has Annex A 232201 support for the UK.

I've just upgraded my Vigor 2820n's firmware to version 3.3.5.1, modem code 232201. It's working fine so far.
I compared a version of firmware hosted on both the United Kingdom and
international
sites and found that both copies were identical.

3.3.5.1 does not show on the http://www.draytek.co.uk/support/downloads.html page.
I was hoping 3.3.5/1 was going to solve my VOIP failing to register problem. It works at 3.3.3 but on any firmware (.rst or .all) I use post this version my VOIP fails to register.
The end result is I have reverted back to 3.3.3 AGAIN and created a support ticket to see what they can do.
Other than that 3.3.5.1 seems to work (but without VOIP I have to revert back to 3.3.3).
If only firmware upgrades were more stable !

There has been a significant delay in 3.3.5.1 appearing on the UK site. That makes me think that SEG has found some bugs in its testing so I suspect we will be seeing a 3.3.5.2 before long!

The biggest issue I have with Draytek kit is the flakey firmware. It took ages to get some stability 3.3.3 and there has not been a stable release for me since that time. Hence I am still on it.
A good bit of kit let down by flakey firmware / stability. :o(
All software has problems just Draytek tends to have more than I expected when I purchased it. This kind of kit should "just work"
Love the kit, hate the firmware !
I will update this thread with the results of the VOIP registration support ticket.
