Cannot access webpage for new 2820Vn was created by jonesthegas
I have just installed my new router 2820Vn. I live in the UK. The hardware installation went fine. The LEDs are doing what they ought to do. My OS is Windows 7. I do not know the firmware.
When I type 192.168.1.1 in a browser I cannot connect. I therefore cannot set the thing up. When I ping that address I get no response
What I have tried so far
1) Different cables and ports no help
2) Factory reset
3) My TCP/IP properties are set to obtain auto as needed
Any ideas?
Martin

might be worth setting your IP address on your PC to the same range - ie 192.168.1.10 for example, with the subnet of 255.255.255.0 and see if you can connect then - DHCP may be set to off on your router for some reason.
