Hi all,
I have my 2800 configured so that port 443 is forwarded on my main WAN IP to an internal SBS2008 server. It works fine.
Never had reason to do it until today but now i need port 443 added to another internal server so was planning on assiging 443 to another of my WAN aliases and through to the internal server IP.
Whilst setting it up i tried a telnet to the WAN IP and port from a remote location and got through. But i put the incorrect WAN IP in by accident, but it still got through.
Transpiers that port 443 is being listened to on all 8 of my WAN IP addresses. I dont want this!
I have WAN IP of xxx.xxx.xxx.8 through to xxx.xxx.xxx.15.
We use xxx.xxx.xxx.14 as our main WAN IP and my internet sits on this IP.
I have 443 forwarded on WAN interface xxx.xxx.xxx.14 to internal xxx.xxx.xxx.1
I now want 443 forwarded on WAN interface xxx.xxx.xxx.10 to internal xxx.xxx.xxx.100
I have port 792 forwarded on WAN interface .14 to internal .100. I dont want any other WAN IP responding to 792 but it does.
If i browse to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.12:792 for instance it shows the same page as wan .14 does and should!!!
i dont want any other WAN IP other than .10 and .14 to listen and respond on port 443.
i dont want any other WAN IP other than .10 to listen and respond on port 792
How can i make this happen please? Im baffled!
Thanks
