Hi there.
I am looking for the best way to direct all the traffic from a specific machine in this case our mail server through one of our wan address.
I am using a vigor 2820n.
Any tips on this would be great.

dont know if this helps but have you tryed doing this via load balancing under WAN, i have done something simular with POP3 & SMTP that seems to be working

Yes - Load Balancing with these settings:
Rule 1
Protocol: Any
WAN: Which ever WAN port you want it to use
SRC IP start: IP of your mail Server
SRC IP end: IP of your mail Server
Dest IP start: leave blank
Dest IP end: leave blank
Dest Port start: 25
Dest Port end: 25
Have a look at this:
